“Jojo” Uligan is the General Manager of Curo Teknika Inc and IT Support Outsourcing Company andcurrently the President and founding Board member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). He has been responsible for spearheading the Association’s numerous activities, including international trade missions, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Jojo is a pioneer in the industry as well as a sales and marketing veteran, with more than 18 years of continuous exposure to actual contract negotiations, He has previously worked as a business development manager, program director, and head of account services for leading call center and telecommunication companies.
